Bill Gates To Help Launch Philanthropic Education Program In China

Bill Gates will help start a new program at Beijing Normal University focused on philanthropic education. Gates and the school agreed to the effort in June, and will work to raise $16.1 million a year from the well-off in the U.S. and China.
